10 oz spaghetti
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
4 oz shrimp or prawns
8 oz mussels
1/2 jar of Mamia’s sauce
4oz cherry tomatoes
1 tablespoon chopped Italian basil leaves
Salt to taste
Chopped Italian parsley, for garnishing
Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Heat up a skillet on medium heat and add the olive oil.
Add the garlic and sauté.
Add the seafood and stir to combine well with the garlic.
Add half a jar of Mamia’s sauce, cherry tomatoes and basil leaves.
Cook the seafood until they are almost done, add salt (to taste) and sugar (optional).
Transfer the spaghetti into the skillet, stir to mix well with the sauce. Top with the chopped parsley, serve immediately.
